How SiteSeq uses your data
Here is what we save when you use the website brief and feedback tools.
Website brief
We save your idea, answers, plan, reference URL or screenshot, contact name and email, and in-site messages. We use them to plan the work, prepare an individual quote, and communicate with you.
AI-assisted planning
If SiteSeq enables an external AI model, your brief text is sent to the configured model service to extract the details you provide. The SiteSeq team still reviews the plan.
Page feedback
When you send feedback, we save your note, any screenshot and marks you choose to include, and page, viewport, and browser details. A screenshot is uploaded only when you send it.
Access and storage
Browser cookies connect you to your brief and feedback: the project cookie lasts up to 30 days and the feedback cookie up to 365 days. Records are stored in the SiteSeq server database and reviewed in a protected owner area. Cookie expiry does not automatically delete server records.
Corrections or deletion
You can request a correction or deletion in your project conversation. If you can no longer access it, contact the team through the NextAgent website and provide the email used with your brief. NextAgent
